Mike has been involved in many aspects of catering for over 18 years. He has run his own successful restaurant in South Wales. He has also gained awards working for several large national food companies as head chef. Mike has also been a catering consultant for a well known travel company and has worked in the French Alps. Since 2002 has been working with some of the biggest contract catering companies in the world, as a chef and staff trainer. Mike now resides in a “barn” near Meltham with his partner Emma who works in management at Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS Trust.
