Who is behind Casino Red?

Casino Red is a partner of Probability Games (Alderney) Limited, in one of the safest and consumer friendly gambling authorities anywhere, the British Channel Islands. Casino Red owns the brand and this website. Probability PLC, a UK company traded on the London Stock Exchange with trading symbol PBTY.

Where are you?

Our management, technology, finance and customer service staff are all based in London, United Kingdom. Our servers are all housed in a very secure facility in the Channel Islands. Probability is also a licenced UK bookmaker and a registered "Small E-Money" Issuer, supervised by the UK Financial Services Authority.

Company history

We got going in 2003, building our technology, getting approvals from government, and working with mobile operators and content companies to make all this possible.

Probability first offered a mobile phone slot machine to UK players in August 2004. Since then, over 150,000 people have signed up to play, passing the toughest age and ID verification processes in the industry. Over £1m a month is wagered with us. We listed our shares for purchase by the public on the London Stock Exchange AIM market in August 2006.

Were do you keep my money?

Under lock and key, is where. We deposit all player monies in separate bank accounts with Barclays Bank. They are ringfenced from company funds. We are required by our regulators to make sure that, if the worst happened, all our players would be able to receive all their money back. They check in on us every few weeks to make sure we haven't been naughty, too.
